The restaurant of the Hotel Milan pleases its guests with the following menu of breakfasts, lunches, dinners and quick meals, coffee and pastries.

BREAKFAST (Hours: 7:30 am to 10:30 am)
Three breakfast options included in the room reservation:
• Gallo Pinto. Typical Costa Rican breakfast, consists of rice, beans, scrambled egg, slices of ripe banana, natilla (traditional cream) and bread
• Pancakes and fruit portion
• Portion of fruits with yogurt and granola
• Drinks: Black coffee, coffee with milk, fruit juice (depending on the season)
• Additional: Salchichón, sausage, ham, cheese, webbed tortillas, tamale, empanadas, white beans.
LUNCH (Hours: 11:30 am to 4:00 pm)
• Married. Typical Costa Rican lunch, consisting of rice, beans, slices of ripe banana or potatoes (cooked or fried), vegetables or salad, and meat
The meat options for the casado are: Beef fajitas, chicken fajitas, pork chop, shredded beef, chicken breast, and onion steak.
• Drinks: Fruit juice (depending on the season), cold tea.
DINNER (Hours: 6:00 pm onwards)
• Breaded fish
• Grilled chicken
• Beef tenderloin
• Pasta
The accompaniments are similar to those of the casado or complementary, depending on the dish.

FAST FOODS
• Hamburger. Artisan bread, beef cake, cheese, ham, bacon, lettuce and tomato.
• Pulled Pork Slide´s. Two burgers with BBQ pork, cheese, and coleslow salad.
• Tacos al Pastor. Corn tortillas, pork, coriander, onion and pineapple.
• Patacones Pura Vida. Fried green plantains, accompanied by pico de gallo (salad) and ground beans.
• Choripan. Toasted bread, barbecued chorizo, fried egg and chimichurri.
• Wings. Fried chicken wings with French fries and dressing.
• Stocked Milan. Dish to share: Beef and chicken fajitas, patacones, salad, tortilla, ground beans, pico de gallo, French fries and dressing.
PIZZAS
• Milan. Onion, mozzarella cheese, mushrooms and spices.
• Meat lovers. Beef, bacon, pork chops, mozzarella cheese, and tomato sauce.
• Pesto. Pesto sauce, mozzarella cheese, spinach, eggplant and ricotta cheese.
• Margarita. Tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, basil and tomato.
• Prosciutto. Prosciutto, Parmesan cheese, tomato sauce, arugula and balsamic vinegar.
